The Government of India has pursuant to this divestment process transferred its entire stake in Air India Limited, Air India Express and Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) to Tata Sons through a competitive tendering process.

The Firm assisted Air India and its subsidiaries in undertaking a comprehensive vendor due diligence on material contracts, pending litigation and human resources matters of Air India and its subsidiaries for the benefit of the prospective bidders interested in acquiring the GoI stake.
