Dentons Link Legal advised Ami Organics Limited, a company listed at the NSE, in its acquisition of majority stake in Baba Fine Chemicals, which is the sole manufacturer of certain chemical products for the semiconductor industry in the country.

The acquisition will be funded through a combination of cash and issuance of securities of Ami Organics on a preferential basis.
