Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce that Rajesh Pal has joined as a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice in their Mumbai office. 

A law graduate (2000 Batch) from Mumbai University and a Solicitor holding membership with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society since 2005, Rajesh has over two decades of experience in advising domestic and international clients on various facets of law including general corporate and commercial laws as well as exchange control laws.

Rajesh specialises in mergers & acquisitions, corporate/business structuring and restructuring including entering into joint ventures, private equity investments, entity formation, governance and contracting.

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Rajesh was a Partner with J. Sagar Associates, Advocates & Solicitors. In the past, Rajesh has also worked with ARA LAW (now Begur & Partners), Luthra & Luthra, Law Offices and Thakker & Thakker.
