Dentons Link Legal advised IIFL Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, Emkay Global Financial Services Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, JM Financial Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, in relation to Qualified Institutions Placement undertaken by Indian Bank. Through this placement, Indian Bank issued and allotted 10,15,22,842 Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs. 394 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 384 per Equity Share), for raising an aggregate capital of Rs. 4,000 crores. 

The placement document was filed with the stock exchanges, i.e., BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
