Dentons Link Legal advised ICICI Securities Limited and JM Financial Limited, in relation to the qualified institutions placement of equity shares by KEC International Limited of 91,11,630 equity shares of face value ₹ 2 each at a price of ₹ 955 per equity share, including a premium of ₹ 953 per equity share, aggregating up to ₹ 870.16 crore. KEC International Limited is one of the prominent global engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) players in India, engaged in project execution and providing customized solutions right from design and engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and execution and commissioning of projects.
