Dentons Link Legal acted as the lender’s legal counsels in a structured financing transaction involving the cross-collateralisation of assets of Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Private Limited (“3S”), for debt facilities being availed by 3S and 3 (three) of its associate companies namely Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Springs Private Limited (4S), Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Auto Suspension Systems Private Limited (5S) and Machani Ramesh Engineering Private Limited (MRE). The cumulative principal amount in the captioned transaction was INR 521.00 Crores (approx.), sanctioned by Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Axis Bank Limited and HDFC Bank Limited, under a multiple banking arrangement.

Dentons Link Legal assisted in the aforesaid, transacting from the preliminary stage till the effective closing of the entire transaction. The transaction was undertaken under the supervision and guidance of Pushkar Bavare (Partner), and the executing team comprised of Ahmad Raza (Associate).
