"Globally, MCA services have been successfully implemented, with aircraft airworthiness ensuring no adverse interference with terrestrial commercial wireless networks. Moreover, certain aircraft already come equipped with the necessary infrastructure for MCA services, provided by leading manufacturers. Given this global success and the existing airworthiness of certain aircraft, there seems to be no substantial reason for the DGCA to prohibit MCA services on PEDs, so long as the aircraft meets airworthiness standards."
